Many women don’t even know how to put into words what they are feeling during this monumental change in their life. Probably because a long time ago we were told it wasn’t polite or lady like to actually talk about our feelings. So now many of us don't know how to express what we are feeling.
During the evolution of motherhood there are ALWAYS new layers to peel back - with each new child and each new season or stage; you are constantly uncovering new strengths and healing deep wounds.
Our children are our greatest spiritual teachers, as we get frustrated or triggered they show us where we get to heal.

Discover ways to connect to community + communication techniques.
Ways to combat mom guilt.
Rebuilding + embodying the version of yourself you desire to show up as.
Reframing and rearranging negative + old stories you have been clinging onto about yourself.
Create self soothing + self care routines that can form a positive foundation for yourself and family.
